It seems that some well-intentioned people want to change what Darcy has to say about the encounter. The right place for that kind of discussion is _here_ in a talk thread. Not by editing the post directly to insert your own feelings.
If you feel you have to have a response, add another line and say something salient. Otherwise, leave it be.
