The hash lay on a tennis court in Frankfurt am Main-Seckbach.

Looking around. On all maps there was no fence shown, may be accessible.
Expedition
I traveled by tram, bus, two trains and another bus to Frankfurt and walked to the hash and found a fence between me and the hash. I walked around the court and found an open gate but no staff to ask for access.
