Drive to Lanzingen and do a little walk to the hash

This morning I drove some 50 km to Lanzingen to go for todays hash. Normally I don't drive such a long distance for a geohash, but early december I bought a new car and this was a good opportunity to do some highway on the way to the hash, and some smaller mountainroads on my way back. Besides, my girlfriend had to work today so instead of sitting at home alone, I wanted to get out.
I found a could parking lot some 600 meters from the hash and there was a path leading directly to the hash. But, as I got closer, I noticed that there were fences everywhere - a lot of smaller parcels, with different types of fences. Hm... it was clear, that I couldn't make todays hash without some 'tresspassing'... Since there wasn't anybody around and because I discovered a part of the fence that was broken, I could get on the private property and had to walk another 40 meters to get to the hash.
But, only 20 meters further there was another fence - this one was higher and without any open spots in it. Climbing over the fence was no option for me, so I decided to call it quits, which felt sort of disappointing, but that's also part of the 'game'...
Took some pictures and walked back to my car, drove home and now we're preparing for xmas-eve. Ho ho ho...
