Again, this is only for unexpected events. You may not take this prize if you're knowingly going to visit hashes in Alligator Country.

This ribbon differs from the Kingdom for a Boat prize, in so far as a boat may not have helped you through the mud. You'd rather want to ride an alligator instead. Of course, you may also take this prize if your boat got stuck in the swamp.
