I generally don’t geohash by car because:

It’s less fun.
I don’t have a car.

However my sister is gone in vacation for a week. She has asked me to feed her cat and she also left me her car keys. So today I took her car to go to IKEA and buy a new dining table, some chairs, and few other things.

As I exited the parking lot, I decided to make a detour via Wangen on my way back and attempt to reach today’s coordinates. According to Google, they were located in a house. But you never know.

I arrived in Wangen at 19:05. Indeed, the coordinates were not reachable. Moreover, my phone’s GPS insisted on locating me on the other side of the street. I went for a little walk to give it some time to come to its senses and on the way back, hooray, the hashpoint was inside the uncertainty bubble.

I’m still going to count that as a failed expedition, as I’m positive the coordinates were inside the house.
