The location appears to be a field behind someone's house at the end of Starr Road, off Bradner Road. Farm country, certainly.

Unfortunately, the closest public transport to this hash is the corner of Mt. Lehman and Sandpiper (served by ValleyMax #2), and that's still 8 km from the hash point. For Translink, it's C62 to Rawlison Crescent and Glover Road, which is 17 km away. Bikes or cars required for this one.
