When getting off the bus (for the hash) I had to fulfill my civic duties and help an old lady get from the bus station to her dentist. After that it was just straight up the road, Google Maps/Navi gently guided me to the hashpoint.
When arriving I was pretty gutted because the hashpoint was behind a locked door...CRAP! There was no way of entering _''legally''_ or even ringing a bell since there was only one family/person living there. I didn't wanna risk getting my ass arrested for "breaking & entering", especially not in this noble district. The house was probably also alarm secured. I guessed the cops wouldn't find this funny in the slightest.

Today's hashpoint was the 'last-minute' kind of hash, as my good friend Jan IM'ed me that it was _basically_ in front of my door step.

_Basically_ meaning only two subway stops away, which is pretty _close_ when it comes to hashing in the 48.16 graticule (it is a nightmare!!)

So I HAD to grab today's hash.....who knows when it will be this close again. Thank you Dow-Jones btw ;)

Expedition

Ok, sorry I'm drifting off a bit...back to the story. I left early from work since I wanted to still have a bit of daylight for the photos. The hashpoint itself was located in Vienna's most noble spot, the 13th district. Lots of rich people are living there (and I'm talking Richie Rich-rich btw...). I had a quick glance at the satellite image in Google Maps before setting off. The hashpoint laid in a backyard of a residential area -- not too bad I thought to myself.

Also worth mentioning, it was my first solo hash without my companion B2c. It took me a wee while getting to grips with all these magical tools that usually B2C handles so well.

There was no way of entering _legally_ or even randomly ringing a bell was not an option since there was only one family/person living there. I didn't wanna risk getting my ass arrested for "breaking & entering", especially not in this noble district. The house was probably also alarm secured. I guessed the cops wouldn't find this funny in the slightest. I took my photos and screenshots, when suddenly the house owner arrived unlocking her two (!!!) locks of the door (see pictures below). I was about to ask her if she would let me in, but she was gone within a blinking of an eye and gave me the rather suspicious 'what are you doing on my property -- beat it or I will call the cops' type of look. Too bad rich people don't have sense of humor. ;-)

I was pretty close, maybe only 2 or 3 meters off...but see it yourself.
