In a probably private area in the very north of Speyer.

Go there by bike in the morning. ETA: 10:45
Expedition
I planned a nice tron-tour of about 12 kilometers but it was all pointless as the hash was on private property. It was a horse farm with a high fence around it. So I could just take a picture of the sand place and continued my ride home. All in all it took me half an hour.
