Location
A construction site next to the Begin Highway near the Parliament in Jerusalem.

Go on a short walk from my house. It's hashes like these that should make a person doubt his dedication to geohashing. The hash was less than two kilometers from my house and because it was on a Saturday (see Shabbat laws) I didn't bother to check the coordinates. I could have gone Saturday night.
Expedition
It was mainly just convincing my wife to walk over there with me when we went out for a walk one evening. I hopped a couple of rocks to get into the construction site and that was all. This should be marked as a retrohash.
