The hash lay inside a private building (rather: a mansion), the property was completely fenced off and the gate was video surveilled. But I could look through the gate and saw a big house with two wings and a huge terrace with (I kid you not) a life-size bronze statue of a child in front. Man, the things rich people like. I took some pictures at the gate, 31 m from the hash, then set off again. | ||

I took three trains to Klein Borstel in late afternoon and then cycled 2.9 km to the hashpoint, finishing my audiobook on the way (Andy Weir's brilliant Project Hail Mary). The hash lay inside a private building (rather: a mansion), the property was completely fenced off and the gate was video surveilled. But I could look through the gate and saw a big house with two wings and a huge terrace with (I kid you not) a life-size bronze statue of a child in front. Man, the things rich people like.
