Christchurch is the biggest city in the South Island of New Zealand.
Graticule
Christchurch has a reasonably nice Graticule (-43,172), containing about about 70% land, with Christchurch situated close to the middle.
GeoHashes
31 May & 1 and 2 June
Unfortunately the geohashes for Saturday, Sunday and Monday are once again far outside the city of Christchurch and the bus system. Evil Monkey also has a cold and so doesn't feel like trying to bike to them.
Saturday 24 May 2008
Saturday's GeoHash was here, it looked like it is halfway up a hill, and it's hard to tell where the Popper Road ends, could be a 1km walk, possibly even worth a MNIMB Award.
UPDATE: It turned out to be more difficult with Phire having to be rescued by the police. Did not help that the track is no longer maintained by DOC.
