This graticule is located at 18,-62. It contains the eastern tip of Anguilla along with Scrub Island. It also contains Île Tintamarre, which belongs to the French overseas collectivity of Saint Martin. Additionally, it splits the small rocky island of Molly Beday belonging to Sint Maarten, a constituent country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. All of these smaller islands are uninhabited.
