**Well, the graticule covers 85% of Greater Manchester but Liverpool is cut down the middle by the -2 longitude line. Its hard to determine a name that covers every area, e.g. preston definitely wouldn't be covered by Merseyside, but neither is it covered by Manchester. Markers for other Geohashers
- My strategy would be go around asking anyone in the area "Do the letters XKCD mean anything to you?" while wearing an XKCD T-Shirt to make it obvious from a distance. --MB 09:58, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
