Hello, Talkback. You have new messages at someone's talk page.
This template takes one parameter, the notifier's username (without User: prefix). Aside from that, it automatically adapts to whomever's talk page it is placed on, so that doesn't need to be specified (and anyway can't be). Use in the form of {{talkback|Chat Enthusiast}}.
