Hello friends,

I hail from the graticule of 30/-97 (Austin), and I'll try to make most Saturday meeting places at the prescribed time. Any convenient weekday locations I might do in the evening (after 6 pm). Basically, I'll try to do as many as possible this summer in whatever graticule I happen to be in that day.

  • Sunday, May 25, 2008, 29/-98: My first attempt at a geohash. The attempt was mostly a failure as I was noticed by the owners of the private property, so I left before reaching the hashed location. I did leave a small marker by the "private property" sign, just in case any other hashers made it that far.
