About Me

I'm new to this so lets see how it goes.

Attempted Geohashes

date graticule
date 38,-94 Great Success
date place Fail

Misc

To create an expedition:-

{{subst:Expedition
|lat = latitude of graticule
|lon = longitude of graticule
|date = date of expedition, in YYYY-MM-DD format }}

To add the pic to the gallery:- Each line, except for the comments, in the template is to be in the format:

{{ GalleryItem | File:IMAGE NAME | LOCATION | MEETUP PAGE TITLE }}

  • Image names should conform to the standard YYYY-MM-DD LAT LON DESCRIPTION or YYYY-MM-DD global DESCRIPTION naming method.
  • Location names should be brief, but descriptive... generally "City, Country" (or "City, State" in the case of the United States). If left blank, the coordare displayed.
  • Meetup pages should conform to the standard YYYY-MM-DD LAT LON or YYYY-MM-DD global.
    • Generally speaking, one should include the location of the geohash itself; however, in cases where this might be ambiguous or otherwise confusing, the graticule name as listed at All Graticules will suffice.
