This was my first expedition ever. I'm a geocacher and knew about geohashing, but never had the time to do one, or either the locations were to far from home.

Yesterday I spotted a location not to far away from the location I had some work to perform today: Wavre. After work I drove to the nearest road where I could leave the car behind. From there it was a 300m walk. The soil was very muddy because the melting water could not penetrate the frozen layer beneath.

The weather and the view were magnificent.

Now let's just hope I can upload the pictures.

Well, I'm a geocacher (same nickname). I think very few geocachers know about geohashing. I think that I might create a mystery geocache using graticule geohash coordinates on a particular day. I live in the graticule 50,5 (Hasselt, Belgium).
