Widdershins is located in the Seattle (47, -122) graticule; transportation is fairly limited, but he has associates who are also potentially interested who have their own cars and everything.
He made the template for the original achievement tags. Since then, crazy people came and made like 92 more and now there are like 2.7e14 ± 2.69999999999901e14 achievement templates.
It doesn't look like he's going to be able to do this very much at all :(
