Luckily, this and the next day's hashpoint fell close to Leipzig and because I had to go back to Jena for work the next morning, Manu and I decided to do these consecutive hashes in a kind of multiple hash manner by car. Naturally, we had to do the first one before and the second one after midnight, so we started at 11:01 pm in Leipzig which should give us enough time for the first one.

22 minutes, five tracks of 'La oreja de van Gogh' and 15.7 km later we arrived in the so-called Schladitzer bay, from where we had to walk the rest on a field path. There were only some lights in the distance (from airport Halle/Leipzig) and no moonlight, so we could make good use of a small bicycle LED headlight. The path got worse after some hundred meters and our shoes, socks and finally feet were getting wetter. Which looked like a small hop in Google Earth came out longer and we nearly had to hurry to reach the hashpoint before midnight. Well ... it wasn't too comfortable to reach and also temperature was less than we hoped, but we did reach the destination in time and took some photos from our GPS devices, Dracho (green) and Wischi (grey) and us.

Embarrassingly, I didn't navigate us on the shortest way (which was the one we came before) back to the car in the dark, so all in all we walked more than 4 km and got back to the car at 12:25 am. So let's hurry to the next hashpoint ... getting more and more tired ...
