We're going to Cologne anyway and the hash is conveniently on our way with only a short detour.

Expedition

Mampfred picked up his mum in the afternoon and they went off to Cologne. Mampfred had spotted a parking lot near the hash before and that was easily found right next to a little church. To our surprise the little track we planned on taking was not so little and very steep. Mampfred didn't quite prepare his mum for that kind of physical exercise and earned a couple of complaints on the way ;)

But it wasn't as bad as it sounds and we made it in one piece there and back. Well done, mum!

So, mum, that's what I'm doing every coupe of days. You what? That's sort of a useless activity? Well, yeah, but fun, right? :)

On a side note: we were on our way to the recording of a German TV show called Zimmer Frei in Cologne. If you know it (and possibly like it) then watch out for the episode with Ina Müller being the guest. I can guarantee that it's a brilliant show and you might be able to spot Mampfred and his mum in the audience ;)

The show has been broacdast on 2012-01-08 and is also available on the web. You can clearly see Mampfred a number of times, especially in the first 45 seconds when the camera passes right over his head on the first tracking shot with the camera dolly :) - Mampfred 07:46, 9 January 2012 (EST)
