I've got a client visit in the afternoon, so I'll make the stop on the way to work since it's (a little) on the way.

Update @10:30a - Okay. I have a client coming in to see me so I'm hustling to work and I'll try later.

Expedition

I got out of my client visit at 5pm and it was still light out though getting darker and starting to rain. I made two quick stops for geocaches (one DNF, one find) then proceeded to the park.

I had considered parking on the street directly across from the hashpoint which was just off the sidewalk at the edge of the park. When I arrived I wasn't sure if parking was allowed, so I parked in the lot for the park. There was a soccer game going on, so the parents were all hiding in their cars with the heaters going.

I've always been surprised by people choosing to play soccer let alone soccer in the rain. My own few games were rainy and unpleasant, so...

I snapped a couple of pictures of the park signs and made a quick walk to the hashpoint. The rain was just starting to get heavier as I got back into my car and started home.
