I was at my parents' for a couple of days (though not for good, nice or happy reasons), and on the weekend we decided to visit some places on the Romanesque Road, where Osterwieck was one of it.
We started early, so no chance for another Saturday meetup. Around half past eleven, we arrived at a farm track, where I had to leave the car. Driving along the road was prohibited. Once again, my parents refused to come with me and I walked alone. From our car, I had to walk for 800 meters, as the bird flies. On the map, it seemed, that I could follow a forest track for a while but soon I found out that it ran to seed. First, I missed it.
I didn't want to let my parents wait for long, so I made the usual photographs at the geohash and walked back. Finally, we visited Osterwieck, the Westerburg water castle and the Huysburg.
