Plans

After visiting 2014-02-22 51 9 I want to visit this one. This can be a xkcd-meetup, so I want to be here at 4p.m. The hash lies behind the house John-F.-Kennedy-Straße 6/8. All the houses around have no fences around them, so it may be, that the hash may be accessible as well. A meeting place can be at the entrance of the sporting field some meters east.

Expedition

After visiting 2014-02-22 51 9 I started to travel to this one. I started to hitchhike at Volkmarshausen at 11:35 and after five minutes I got a car to Scheden, there at a roundabout passed only a small number of cars, so I had to wait longer, but then I got a car to Dransfeld, where, after five minutes again, I got a car to the motorway. With another car I got a lift to the service station, where I waited for 50 minutes and got a car to the service station Hasselberg. There I waited for 105 minutes for the next car, which is very unusual for this place. But the waiting time depends on the number of cars passing by, and there was only a small number of cars on the motorway. So I arrived at Butzbach at 16:40, and after walking around the city I arrived at the hash at 17:12, which was too late for a xkcd-meetup.

At the beginning the situation looked very privat and I decided only to walk around the place and to look what will happen. The property was fenced in with small trees, I walked around them. And I passed a point where the hash was only two meters away. Then I walked away to the sports field and made a break there. I took some photos of the surroundings. Then I started for 2014-02-23 49 8. On the way I passed the city of Butzbach.
