Pastori was going for a trip again. This time he was headed towards Ryttylä in southern Finland, to a mission conference about Russia. A hot topic around the world also otherwise. With him he packed luggage for staying overnight and some geohashing gear, which of course includes The Wife.

After driving in beautiful spring weather for 450 km Pastori noticed, that there was a village called Mount of Olives alongside the road.* That was not the Mount of Olives in Israel but a genuine Finnish little village, and beside it in an open field a hashpoint. It was moreover in a graticule Pastori hadn't conquered yet. Only 100 meters from the road, but the ground frost had already melted so much that the weight of his Nokia boots was increased with each step he made. Pastori is a very determined creature, however, and continued all the way to the end. GPS weather seemed to be surprisingly bad despite an open field and bright sunshine, so the accuracy of about 6 meters was a very good accomplishment after some geodance choreography.

After cleaning the boots we continued our journey to our target, where in the weekend The Wife may also step into a ready-made dinner table many times. Pastori knows how to give her a treat.

[Editor's note: There is a wordplay involved: the name of the place in Finnish is 'Öljymäki', which means 'oil hill'. However, 'Mount of Olives' (the one in Israel) is translated into Finnish also as 'Öljymäki'.]
