The hash lies in a forest south of Fredeburg.

I wanted to hitchhike to Ratzeburg, to walk to the hash and to continue my journey.

Expedition

I arrived at the junction of the national roads B207 and B208. From there I walked to the hash. On the way I passed a corral of wisents. Then I found the hash. On the way back into civilization, I saw my first wild snake.

The snake is a slow worm.
