The hash lay on the southbound lane of the motorway A3 between the service station Hünxe and the junction Dinslaken Nord.

I wanted to hitchhike from Kassel to the service station Hünxe, to change the direction there and then to hitchhike to 2014-09-15 51 7, with this hitchhiking I wanted to pass this hash.
Expedition
I started at home at 9:30 and started to hitchhike at the junction Wilhelmshöhe at 10:30. With the first car I arrived at the service station Am Haarstrang, with the second car I arrived at Dinslaken, with the third car I arrived at the motorway A3 about three kilometers south of the service station Hünxe. There I had to wait for one and a half hour, then I got a lift to the service station Bottrop. While passing the exit of the service area I saw a signpost 53 km and my Garmin showed 3.5 km to go. So I knew, that the hash is at 56.5 km. So I easily could wait for the signpost. I took the photo and traveled further for 2014-09-15 51 7.
