The grayness of November changed into grayness of December, with a little bit of snowing. Pastori decided to cheer up The Wife and himself by visiting the local spa. After the usual morning routines: The Wife's bright light therapy hour and Pastori's Karelian pie breakfast they headed towards the spa, about 40 km away. A nice swim and sauna in the Sotka Spa, and then to have some well-earned cake at the centre of Porokylä. Yum-my! Then towards home, but look at that, today's hashpoint was near the road, only about 400 meters easy walking on a frozen sand heathland, covered with a couple of centimeters of snow. There we went, and there is not much more to tell to grandchildren or any others for that matter. To home to have a meal and an afternoon nap. Driving 80 km, walking about a kilometer and time 4 hours. A nice start for the December and a well-suited morning for a retired couple.
