I left home in the morning and while it was always raining, I travelled and walked to the hash. As I arrived, I saw Digiphono on the meadow looking for the hash. I didn't walk onto the meadow and left nine meters away. We talked again and then we left.

As planned, I left home 9:40 am and arrived in Fürstenhagen short after ten in the morning. Since I wanted to combine todays hike with some new geocaches in this area, I parked my car at the starting coordinates of a letterbox - mystery cache Ein Bembel in Nordhessen and figured my way through this mystery, leading me to the final location... As I had expected yesterday evening, whilst preparing my expedition, I found out that the final of the geocache was in less then 10 meters distance to today's geohash! Is this true??? Yes it is!!!

While still being totally excited about this coincidence, I noticed a lady with a dog coming down this abandoned path from the right, and when I looked around, I also noticed GeorgDerReisende coming from the left! 'Good morning', I said to the right, 'Hello Georg', I said to the left... The lady walked on, but was obviously very curious about two bearded men, meeting somewhere in the wilderness! What's going on here - I could hear her think haha...

Normally, when reaching a hash within 10 meters, I am satisfied with it, but Georg meant, we had to reach 5 meters at least, which led me climbing over a fence to reach the exact coords within less than 2 meters. As we were celebrating our accomplishment, I noticed the lady with her dog again - she was still staring at us from a secure distance!

So after another 10 minutes of talking about our hobby, Georg and me went separate ways (like yesterday) and I did another walk through the forest and over the fields, to visit some geoaches and after 3 hours / 10 kilometer I got back to my car and drove home, to enjoy both a pipe and an IPA ;-) The rainy weather was great today - after a long, hot summer, it simply feels good that fall is coming in, so I look back at this expedition with nice memories...
