Had big plans for today to get a lot done, but in the early afternoon as I was closing the garage door after mowing the lawn, I managed to pinch the very tip of my middle finger in the joint of the door. I pulled my finger out, but that really ended my ambitions for the rest of the day. I spent the next hour relaxing on the couch watching TV and icing my finger. It was pretty painful at first, but didn't look all that bad after icing. Getting to be 4pm, I remembered I was planning on going to this hash, but it was now going to be too late for an Official Saturday Meetup.

I hopped in the car and drove into the city, figuring I could park on one of the side streets near the hash. Getting to Delevan, I found that I was actually able to park right on the main road and walked over to the hash. A very simple expedition without much of a GPS dance using the HashDroid app. I was able to get a couple pictures of the area and headed back home. To make the trip worth it, I stopped by the Native American Casino just outside downtown to fill up the gas tank on the cheap(no taxes included). The girlfriend stopped over in the evening and we went out to a local place for dinner before taking a nice walk around town to end the day on a positive note.

Update on the finger (next day), the nail-bed is still a little tender, but there isn't any blood blister and I don't think I'll lose the nail.
