The hash lay on a dike of a ditch near Langwaden.

Plans
The plan was to travel by train to Bensheim and then to take the bus to Langwaden.
Expedition
Because of a fire near the tracks somewhere outside, the train from and to Bensheim was late. Too late to get the planned bus to Langwaden and the next one would have been too late for me. While planning the expedition I noticed that the bus from Bensheim to Langwaden had to stop in Hähnlein and the train to Bensheim stopped in the station Alsbach-Hähnlein. I thougt that could be good for me, walked to the bus stop near the station and wondered. There was a bus from the station to Hähnlein with an estimated arriving time that I could switch to the other, meaning my first planned, bus. And that it was. I arrived at Hähnlein and could not look around where the other bus would stop and it came round the corner and stopped ahead of me. I took this second bus for one stop and arrived in Langwaden in time. I walked through the village and to its end, took the usual photos, wandered around and back to the bus stop and only two minutes later the next bus arrived.
