I cycled from Sélestat to Petit-Rombach, a hamlet in Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines. The hamlet is overlooked by a small mountain with a ruined castle, the Château d'Échéry. The coordinates were located behind the castle, near the summit. I left my bicycle, changed shoes, and started hiking toward the geohash. I quickly missed a turn and clambered in the woods for 20 minutes before finding the path again. After a last steep climb, I reached the coordinates in the middle of a field of broom shrubs.

I recorded proof, then visited the nearby castle ruins, before cycling back home.
