In the afternoon, I took the train to Ahlhorn and walked the rest of the distance towards the coordinates.
The Geohash turned out to be in a corn field, which I could navigate through without damaging the plants.
After locating the coordinates and recording proof, I walked back to the road in a dry riverbed adjacent to the field. Then, I walked to Cloppenburg and took the train back to Osnabrück.
