In the dirt parking lot outside a store called Tropical Fish, which is bafflingly in the middle of agricultural land outside the town of Tel Mond.

We're driving to Haifa anyway, so we might as well stop off at the point.

Expedition

This was pretty easy. We drove up Route 4 towards Haifa, turned off onto route 5522 towards Tel Mond, turned left onto the dirt path between fields, realized we were driving up the wrong one and did a U-turn, turned left onto a different path between fields, and stopped outside Tropical Fish.

Kids #4 and #5 had fallen asleep in the car, so my wife stayed with them while I and the older three went to the point. It wasn't in the parking lot after all - it was on a dirt path a couple dozen meters beyond it. #1 drew XKCD in the dirt, but it wasn't visible - so she brilliantly went to the side of the dirt path where there was tilled soil of a radically different color. She used that soil to fill the grooves in xkcd, making it more noticeable.
