In the afternoon, I took the train via Bad Bentheim to Nordhorn-Blanke and walked the rest of the distance.
The coordinates were in a residential area between several appartment complexes. A path connects the buildings to the main street, and around half the way between the building and the path, there is a fence. Luckily, the coordinates were right next to the path. I did not have any problems locating them and recording proof.
Afterwards, I walked to Nordhorn Central and took the train via Bad Bentheim back home to Osnabrück.
