Danatar
After seven months without geohashing, finally a hashpoint was in a reachable location on a day where I didn't have to work (or at least not the whole day). I took my bike and started. I cycled through Großer Garten, then along various roads of Dresden. I didn't take the route that I planned, but nontheless I reached the road to Freital. Then it was just onwards along the Weißeritz creek until I was at Freital-Döhlen. The road climbed a steep hill (9% incline according to the road sign), which was hard. I missed multiple intersections and even cycled past the spot, but finally I found the parking garages at 11 o'clock. I was soaked in sweat. The spot was behind or next to the last one. I took some pictures, then I left.
Instead of cycling home, I went back to Freital's main road and continued along the Weißeritz until I reached Hainsberg, the last part of Freital. There I parked my bike and started a hike. I walked up and along the steep slopes of the Weißeritz valley, through a forest filled with birdsong. And groups of other hikers, some with kids and some with beer. I hiked along the northern slope to Tharandt, where I had to visit a supermarket to get some water. It was the warmest day of the year so far, around 20°C. Then I hiked along the southern slope back to Freital. In total, that hike took three hours, because I stopped very often to watch or listen to birds. Then I cycled back to Dresden. It turned out that all the photoss are ugly (at least if you look at the full-resolution pictures of all the birds, it's acceptable for the low-resolution ones) because it seems I inadvertently changed some camera settings the last time I used it.
I hadn't visited any hashpoint in seven months and it seems I forgot how geohashing works in the meantime: This was on a Saturday, but I didn't even try for 4 p.m.
