Description

The graticule consists mostly (roughly 80%) of sea, and the rest (roughly 20%) is Swedish land belonging to Haparanda, Kalix and Luleå municipalities. Kalix town is the biggest urban area with about 7,000 inhabitants. Even though there are many settlements near the coast, much of the land is forest and bog. Any hashpoint hitting land will likely not be very far from traversible roads.
