Welcome back! Cool script. 200 metres! Almost a couch potato! The algorithm leaves a big hole near my house ;) --Sourcerer (talk) 14:18, 26 July 2016 (UTC)
- The most complicated bit of the script is the handling of the -0 longitude. Always an issue with where I live! I am interested to hear that the algorithm leaves a hole.. is there a specific reason why it can never land there? --Stevehaskew (talk) 16:38, 26 July 2016 (UTC)
- That made me do some Googling. I discovered that the World Geodetic System 1984 prime meridian is just over 100 metres from the one at Grenwich Observatory and is marked by a litter bin. I coded a KML file generator for Google Earth so I know about the -0 problem. I hacked some code together but I'm not quite sure why it works! --Sourcerer (talk) 09:02, 27 July 2016 (UTC)
