Once abducted by aliens (see picture), GirlGeekUpNorth is an avid adventurer constantly seeking new death defying trips.

Geohashing since October 2012, she was introduced to Geohashing by Alex Turgid at BarCamp Blackpool 2012 and started by dragging her friend Jason along with her for random advenures. She used to be Halifax based but now located in Salford and up for anything within a 60 minute drive.

Claim to fame: She was nearly killed in Wales when a soaked beam collapsed beneith her. Fortunately, her travelling companion at the time, Angemala, took photos to document the event.
