I can't quite tell from the description of "marsh", but your 2025-02-01 42 -71 expedition may qualify for the coveted Walking on Water achievement (https://geohashing.site/geohashing/Walking_on_water_geohash_achievement). It depends, I think, on whether the ice you were walking on was supported by water underneath or by mud. (See https://geohashing.site/geohashing/Water_geohash_achievement.) Oh, thank you! I was unaware of the existence of that achievement - there was definitely water under the ice (photos should prove that, as soon as I’m able to add them). Roald88 (talk) 13:10, 3 February 2025 (UTC)

Welcome! I added Category:Expeditions or Category:Expeditions with photos to a few of your expedition pages, since people like to use categories to generate statistics on geohashing activity.
