From Geohashing

Hey, welcome to geohashing! It's awesome when hashes are that easy... -- OtherJack 23:14, 13 August 2012 (EDT)

I agree the harder ones are more enjoyable... though maybe I can't say, since I don't go into the wilderness for geohashes much - I tend to do the ones in more settled country, where I can bike and/or take American public transit. You can do as difficult ones as you want though! -- OtherJack 22:26, 14 August 2012 (EDT)

Padova

Hey! I will try the Padova geohash tomorrow, if the weather allows. We are currently in Bassano del Grappa, and might even be able to reach it by air. I don't know - if you are interested, we could try to meet up. -- relet 16:30, 22 March 2013 (EDT)

Hi there

Thank you for the welcome :) Good to know we have at least one active geohasher in the neighborhood. I will definitely let you know when we go for a spot in Südtirol! Could be the start for the minesweeper achievement. LeslieHapablap (talk) 17:02, 3 May 2013 (EDT)

Meetup time for the Innsbruck graticule

Hi Werther, I would like to change the meetup time for my graticule. I'd love to hear the opinion of our neighbours ;) Please leave me a message if you don't like the idea. --LeslieHapablap (talk) 02:44, 24 June 2013 (EDT)

Hi Werther,

I'm seriously thinking about getting this virgin graticule hash tomorrow. I would start from Innsbruck, go to Sankt Jakob in Defereggen by public transport (arrival time 1 pm) and then walk to the hashpoint (about 3 km, 300 m difference in altitude). Then I would have to catch the bus at 5 pm to get home again. Are you in for a spontaneous expedition? Cheers! --LeslieHapablap (talk) 12:24, 30 May 2014 (EDT)

Oh no... I made a mistake in planning the connection, I cannot get back on the same day by public transport :( Well, maybe some other time... --LeslieHapablap (talk) 13:42, 30 May 2014 (EDT)
