Location
On a grassy hill in Moraga, south of Lafayette.

Plans
Take BART to Lafayette and the 6 bus to the neighborhood very close to the field. I can probably get to the point through the neighborhood.
Expedition
Transit to the neighborhood near the point went pretty well, but shortly upon arrival I discovered that the big grassy hill was actually fenced off with no trespassing signs. I walked through the neighborhood just to check that there wasn't a way to the point without going through restricted property (there wasn't), and then waited for the bus to go home.
