This is the opposite of the Regional Geohash Achievement: Instead of visiting hashpoints in every graticule in a given region, the goal is to visit hashpoints in every region in a given graticule. For example, the Boston, Massachusetts graticule spans 4 US states, so to gain this achievement it would be necessary to visit hashpoints in all 4 of them.
The graticule should span at least two regions, else it's just too easy.
Alternate meetup locations do not count for this achievement.
