Drove there no problem; intermittent hard rain and bright sunshine. The center seemed largely devoid of people as it was apparently closed. Final point was in a 10 ft high berry bramble behind the school, so I could see it but not touch it. GPS showed about 100 feet to go. Given the general inaccessibility of this graticule (and the fact that my GPS has shown an error of about that distance), I'm calling that close enough.
