It just occurred to me that morning to check what the graticule was, and as it was so close to my house (I only live ~5 minutes away) it seemed inexcusable not to swing by even though I had other stuff to do. I did not have a camera or GPS, though, so unfortunately you'll have to take my word on this one. The coordinates are in the middle of a road, though, so I'm fairly sure that during my drive-through of the subdivision I did hit the coordinates.
