From Würzburg to Erlabrunn I took the cycling track, it was really easy and quick. In Erlabrunn, I had to cycle up steep slopes, that was neither easy nor quick. I was early, so I stopped at the ''Mentalhof'' and asked how it got it's name. It turned out that ''Men'' is a dialect version of Main, so it would be "Main valley ranch". On the last part of the route, I had to push my bike through the snow, but I reached the hashpoint at 15:40. It is a few steps into the forest near a deer feeding station and a raised hide.

From Würzburg to Erlabrunn I took the cycling track, it was really easy and quick. In Erlabrunn, I had to cycle up steep slopes, that was neither easy nor quick. I was early, so I stopped at the Mentalhof and asked how it got its name. It turned out that Men (with a long "e") is a dialect version of Main, so it would be "Main valley ranch". On the last part of the route, I had to push my bike through the snow, but I reached the hashpoint at 15:40. It was a few steps into the forest near a deer feeding station and a raised hide.

I made chalk marks on a tree and waited until 4 pm. Out of boredom, I almost geoflashed, but that would have meant standing in cold snow and deer droppings with bare feet, so I didn't do it. At 4 pm I took a picture and at 16:01 I started back.

The first 500 m were through the snow again and I skidded wildly, but as soon as I reached hard ground it was easy again and I could race downhill and home at record speed. Cycling distance was 16.4 + 16.4 = 32.8 km and 180 m uphill.
