Heya, I'm John. I'm a rabid geocacher and a newbie geohasher.

I hash with my trusty '94 Jeep Cherokee, my free-from-the-dumpster mountain bike, and (on rare occasions) an old Hunter 170 sailboat I've rebuilt, named Etude.

My haunts are The Boston graticule or Nantucket. Some day next summer while I'm at work (or maybe even this winter), I'll take Etude out on the North Atlantic and explore the 41, -69 graticule.

I'm always on GMRS/FRS Channel 6, and occasionally on VHF channel 67 (USA, not Intl.)
