I visited this hashpoint while on my way to Animation Supercon in Miami. From the map view, I could see that the hashpoint was in a parking lot outside of some corporate building. On arrival, I found that the building and lot were a car dealership.
It took too long to get a GPS fix with my phone (maybe because of the light cloud cover), but I was able to estimate the location of the hashpoint by comparing visible landmarks to a copy of the satellite view. My best guess is that the hashpoint was occupied by one of the dealer's cars (a Hyundai Elantra, BTW).
A couple of employees were out in the lot while I was there, but they didn't seem to notice me at all.
