I left work today right at 5pm to make this Geohash before it got dark. It is only a 16 mile drive to the hash spot from where I work. One hour to drive 16 miles, I should be able to do it.
I got to the hash spot just before 6pm. I noticed a car in the driveway and a light on in the house. I walked up to the front door and rang the door bell. I could hear that the door bell was working. I waited 30 seconds or so and rang the bell again. No answer.
I then knocked on the door several times. Still no answer. I looked at my eTrex and it said 47 feet to go from the front door. I walk around the side of the house because there is a entrance door to the side of the house under the car port. I ring the door bell there and knock several times. Still no answer.
35 feet to go from the back door of the house. I then decide to walk to the end of the driveway and shout "Hello" into the back yard because maybe someone was in the back yard. I shout "Hello" several times. Nobody showed up.
I look at my eTrex, 22.5 feet to go. I am well within the 10 meters now. I decided not to venture into the backyard and stay at the end of the drive way. I take a few pictures and then walk back to my truck.
I then drive home to Norcross.
14 Geohashes in a row now.
