- Actually it's exactly the one which is also shown in your first link. They call it Aichtal there, which is the municipality on the other side of the hill. According to stadtplandienst.de, which is the most reliable nationwide online service I know in that context, the "thing" is located on the area of Neckartailfingen, though.
