Participants

Plans

Okay, now I'm wondering what Jack Bauer's Lobster Shanty would be like.

Expedition

With the geohash landing immediately next to a restaurant, I naturally checked the reviews. They were mostly negative (read for yourself), so we made plans to eat before we left.

This turned out to be a very good decision. On arrival, we discovered that the restaurant was closed for revonation. The closure was itself fortuitous, in that we were able to explorer the property around the restaurant at will, where we discovered:

  • A feral cat colony, with one clearly pregnant cat
  • An anchor (ok, not that surprising next to a seafood restaurant, but not expected either)
  • Frogs!
  • The grassy field behind the restaurant was marked out for digging and other development

We also had ample time before dark to do some business sign hackery, in addition to plenty of Stupid Grinstm.
